Rooms were modern and reasonably spacious, the location was excellent! The host made me feel at home. Bed was very clean, and it had hypoallergenic pillows. It had private bathroom which was reasonably large.

An interesting place for sightseeing in Carlisle. Exceptionally nice location down to the Lake District, minutes away from St James Church.- Set very close to the Castle, city centre which was a very friendly and local shops.

Louise, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had everything we needed. the location was perfect, with parking right outside and a short stroll into the city centre.

The Annex provided a perfect stay for my Christmas trip. the parking right outside the property was really convenient. the small fully-equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, milk, cereal, and bread provided was a great touch. I loved the fact that there was plenty of space for me to set up my laptop for work. the luxury king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a TV in both the bedroom and lounge was a bonus. the peaceful and quiet atmosphere added to the overall relaxation. the location, being just a 20-minute stroll into the city center, was very convenient for exploring.
